Booking Policy

Appointments

All services are by appointment only and secured with a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service

Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience.

No shows/late cancellations

Reschedules or last minute cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will incur a 35% fee of the scheduled service.

A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation.

Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us directly via phone or email.

All reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance: Your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
