BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO :

DEPOSIT

• $26.16 non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment and applied toward your service.

A valid card on file is required 24–48 hrs prior to your appt. fees will be charged to the card on file. Failure to provide a card will result in cancellation & deposit forfeiture.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:

• 24+ hrs notice = Deposit may be transferred to a new date.

• Less than 24 hrs = 50% of service total charged to card on file.

• Same-day cancellation = 100% of service total charged to card on file

NO CALL/NO SHOW:

100% SERVICE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE

if wanting to RESCHEDULE you are given one opportunity to reschedule. service amount must be PRE-PAID & will be applied towards your new appt

Failure to show up for your prepaid appt will result in permanent loss of PRE-PAYMENT & booking privileges with JORDIS SKN.

LATE ARRIVALS

10-min grace period is given for for late arrivals, after grace period has passed your appt it will be canceled & charged as NO SHOW (100% SERVICE WILL CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE)

REMINDERS & GUESTS

Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointments. No additional guests or children unless scheduled for a service.

REFUNDS

Payments are non-refundable unless the service provider cancels and the client chooses not to reschedule.

We accept cash, Zelle, debit, and credit cards.

Please note that IN STUDIO card & tap payments are subject to a processing fee.
